Dispatch Request Service
- When your security system detects an abnormality, ALSOK will rush to the scene to verify the situation on behalf of the manager or responsible person.
- If you are unable to go to the site due to being busy with other matters, being far away, or adverse weather conditions, ALSOK can respond with just a phone call.

■ Change to Remote Monitoring + Mechanical Security:
Since the facility is unstaffed at night, we will switch from on-site security to mechanical security. Abnormalities will be detected by sensors rather than human observation. The sensors will reliably detect any irregularities within their monitoring area, and security personnel will respond to verify the situation. The system will detect not only burglaries but also fires.

On-site security: 25,000 THB × 3 personnel = 75,000 THB/month
Mechanical security: 2,000 THB/month, installation cost 46,000 THB
Total: 77,000 THB/month.
The installation cost for the mechanical security can be recovered in two months, resulting in a monthly cost reduction of 23,000 THB thereafter.

We will reduce the number of security personnel to three during the day and one at night. In place of the night personnel, we will implement mechanical security for the unstaffed office. Additionally, we will conduct patrols using ALPT during the late night to maintain the security level while achieving cost reductions.

Mechanical security: 2,000 THB/month + installation cost 90,000 THB

1. If Implementing Mechanical Security:
By introducing mechanical security, sensors will detect abnormalities when the premises are unstaffed at night. If a burglary or fire occurs, security personnel will respond to verify the situation.
2. If Implementing ALPT:
Security personnel will conduct patrols at night when the premises are unstaffed to deter crime and enable early detection. If we hold the keys, we will also check the interior of the store.
3. If Implementing a Dispatch Request Service:
When our own security system detects an abnormality, the manager or responsible person can call ALSOK to request a response. Security personnel will arrive to verify the situation and report back to the responsible person.
